摘要 随着时代发展和科技进步,人们对医疗卫生服务的要求越来越高,相应对医疗卫生服务人员的素质要求也不断提高。医学院校在培育医学生的过程中,不但要注重学生的显性职业素养培育,而且要加强对隐性职业素养的培育。隐性职业素养的提高,不但有利于提高医务人员服务水平和工作幸福感,而且有助于加强医患沟通,促进医患和谐。 With the development of the times and scientific and technological progress, people's demands for medical and health services have become higher and higher, and the quality requirements for medical and health service personnel have also continuously increased. Medical colleges and universities in the process of nurturing medical students, not only should pay attention to the students' explicit professional literacy training, but also to strengthen the cultivation of hidden professional qualities. The improvement of hidden occupational literacy will not only help improve the service level and work well-being of medical personnel, but also help strengthen the communication between doctors and patients and promote the harmony between doctors and patients.
