摘要
护理绩效考核是护理管理中一项较为重要的内容,如何对护理人员作出公正、可观、准确的绩效评价,是当下医院广泛关注的课题之一,而推拿科作为医院较具特色的一个科室,如何评定该科室护理人员的工作质量及工作绩效在目前各医院中尚无统一标准。基于此,该院在推拿科护理管理中运用了"量化考评"这一绩效考核措施,注重多方位思维评价以及相关量化评价理论,同时依据定量化的原理,实现科学管理该院推拿科护理绩效考核。
Nursing performance appraisal is one of the more important contents in nursing management. How to make impartial, sizable and accurate performance appraisal to nursing staff is one of the topics that the hospital pays close attention to at present, and Tuina is one of the more characteristic hospital departments. How to assess the quality of work and performance of nurses in this department, there is no uniform standard in all hospitals. Based on this, the hospital used the"quantitative assessment" performance appraisal measures in the nursing management of massage department, paid attention to multi-dimensional thinking evaluation and related quantitative evaluation theory, and based on the principle of quantification, achieved scientific management of nursing performance in the hospital assessment.
