糖尿病重症脑梗死患者早期肠内营养的效果观察及护理

Observation and Nursing of Effect of Early Enteral Nutrition in Patients with Diabetes Combined with Severe Cerebral Infraction

目的分析糖尿病重症脑梗死患者早期肠内营养的效果和护理方法。方法选取2016年7月—2017年7月收治的糖尿病重症脑梗死患者82例,以随机数字表法分成对照组和研究组,对照组采用肠外营养支持3~4 d后给予鼻饲流质,研究组采用早期肠内营养,比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组患者的营养状况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病重症脑梗死患者采取早期肠内营养能够有效改善患者的营养状况,且不良反应少,值得进一步的推广和使用。

Objective To analyze the nursing of effect of early enteral nutrition in patients with diabetes combined with severe cerebral infraction. Methods 82 cases of patients with diabetes combined with severe cerebral infraction admitted and treated in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group were treated with nasol feeding after 3~4 d parenteral alimentation, while the research group were treated with early enteral nutrition, and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results The nutrition status in the research group was obviously better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）, and the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the research group was obviously lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The early enteral nutrition in patients with diabetes combined with severe cerebral infraction can effectively improve the nutrition state, with few adverse reactions,which is worth further promotion and application.
