妊娠期糖尿病护理的方法和效果探讨

目的分析评价妊娠期糖尿病护理的方法及效果。方法选取2016年2月—2017年2月收治的64例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为研究的对象,按随机数字表法分成两组;其中,对照组32例采取常规护理方法,观察组32例采取综合护理方法,比较两组护理效果。结果 (1)基于母体影响方面分析,观察组妊娠合并高血压、羊水过多、感染、剖宫产率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);(2)基于围生儿方面分析,观察组生理性黄疸、早产儿、低血糖、胎儿宫内窘迫发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对妊娠期糖尿病患者,实施综合护理方法,能够改善母婴妊娠结局;因此值得采纳及应用。

Objective To analyze and evaluate the nursing method and effect of gestational diabetes. Methods 64 cases of patients with gestational diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 32 cases in each, the control group used the routine nursing method, while the observation group used the general nursing method, and the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results（1）In terms of maternal effect, the pregnancy complicated with hypertension, hyperamniotic fluid, infection and cesarean section rate in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.（2）In terms of perinatal infants,the incidence rates of physiological jaundice, preterm infants, hypoglycemia, fetal distress in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of general nursing method in patients with gestational diabetes can improve the maternal and infant gestational outcome, therefore, it is worth recommendation and application.
