齐拉西酮联合奥氮平治疗早期精神分裂症合并糖尿病患者的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Ziprasidone Combined with Olanzapinerexa in Treatment of Patients with Early Schizophrenia Combined with Diabetes

目的探讨齐拉西酮联合奥氮平治疗早期精神分裂症合并糖尿病患者的临床效果。方法 2015年1月—2018年1月选择收治的早期精神分裂症合并糖尿病患者36份病例,分为对照组(奥氮平)与研究组(齐拉西酮+奥氮平),每组18例,比较两组患者治疗前后的临床效果。结果两组患者治疗前的阳性与阴性症状评分、一般精神症状评分及糖尿病相关指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组的两项评分情况及相关指标水平均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用齐拉西酮联合奥氮平治疗早期精神分裂症合并糖尿病患者疗效显著,值得临床全面应用与推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of ziprasidone combined with olanzapinerexa in treatment of patients with early schizophrenia combined with diabetes. Methods 36 cases of patients with early schizophrenia combined with diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were selected and divided into two groups with 18 cases in each, the control group were treated with olanzapinerexa, while the research group were treated with ziprasidone combined with olanzapinerexa. Results The differences in the positive and negative symptoms score, general mental symptom score and diabetes related indicators were not big, without statistical significance（P〈0.05）, after treatment,the two scores and related indictor levels in the research group were obviously lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of ziprasidone combined with olanzapinerexa in treatment of patients with early schizophrenia combined with diabetes is obvious, which is worth clinical general application and promotion.
