门冬胰岛素联合甘精胰岛素与门冬胰岛素30治疗2型糖尿病作用探讨

Study on Effect of Insulin Aspart Combined with Insulin Glargine and Insulin Aspart 30 in Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes

目的分析门冬胰岛素联合甘精胰岛素与门冬胰岛素30治疗2型糖尿病作用。方法选取该院2014年6月—2017年7月期间收治32例2型糖尿病合并无症状脑梗死患者,分为观察和对照两组,每组16例。对照组治疗方法为门冬胰岛素30,观察组治疗方法为门冬胰岛素联合甘精胰岛素,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果 (1)观察组治疗后FBG、2 h FBG以及Hb Alc水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组INS、TG、CHO、LDL-C水平均低于对照组,同时低血糖发生率显著降低,并且在随访中患者无再次发生脑梗死,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论门冬胰岛素联合甘精胰岛素对2型糖尿病患者进行治疗效果显著,降低低血糖发生率,充分预防及控制脑梗死的复发与再发。

Objective To analyze the effect of insulin aspart combined with insulin glargine and insulin aspart 30 in treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods 32 cases of patients with diabetes combined with silent brain infarction admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2014 to July 2017 were selected and divided into two groups with 16 cases in each,the control group were treated with insulin aspart 30, while the observation group were treated with insulin aspart combined with insulin glargine, and the clinical curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the FBG, 2 Hfbg, Hb Alc levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）, and the INS, TG, CHO, LDL-C levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the incidence rate of hypoglycemia obviously decreased, and there were no second cerebral infraction in patients, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of insulin aspart combined with insulin glargine in treatment of type 2 diabetes is obvious, which can reduce the incidence rate of hypoglycemia, and fully prevent and control the recurrence and second recurrence of cerebral infraction.
