糖尿病足患者给予预防性护理干预的效果探讨

目的探讨糖尿病足患者给予预防性护理干预的效果。方法选取该院2016年6月—2017年12月期间收治的糖尿病患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例,对照组采用常规临床护理,观察组采用预防性护理干预,比较半年后两组患者对疾病的了解程度、遵医嘱行为以及出现足部溃疡的数量以及不良情绪的发生情况。结果两组患者在经过护理后,观察组患者出现足部溃疡的数量明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对疾病的了解程度、遵医嘱行为的得分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后的SAS评分、SDS评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病足患者给予预防性护理干预具有较好的效果,可以提高患者的自我预防能力,从而减少糖尿病足的发生率和减少不良情绪的影响,具有很好的临床效果。

Objective To study the effect of predictive nursing intervention in patients with diabetic foot. Methods 80 cases of diabetes patients admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2016 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each, the control group used the routine clinical nursing, while the observation group used the preventive nursing intervention, and the awareness degree of patients to the disease, compliance behavior, number of foot ulcer and occurrence of adverse emotions were compared between the two groups after half a year. Results After nursing, the number of foot ulcer of the two groups was obviously lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, and the awareness degree and compliance behavior scores in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）, and the SAS score and SDS score in the observation group after nursing were obviously better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of predictive nursing intervention in diabetic foot patients is better, which can improve the self-predictive ability of patients thus reducing the incidence rate of diabetes foot and effect on the adverse emotions, and it is of better clinical effect.
