糖尿病视网膜病变患者家庭功能与其转诊率的相关性分析

Analysis of Correlation between the Family Function and Its Referral Rate of Patients with Diabetic Retinopathy

目的探讨九亭社区2型糖尿病人糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)患者转诊率与其家庭功能的关系。方法 2016年10月—2017年10月上海市九亭社区家庭医生收集DR筛查且经过上级综合性医院明确诊断DR患者207人,经自行设计调查问卷进行调查分析。结果九亭社区207例DR患者一般资料构成、DR双眼分期、家庭功能状况[总分:(7.84±1.98)分];DR转诊患者家庭功能良好的转诊率与其家庭功能障碍的转诊率之间,两组数据差异有统计学意义(χ2=15.27,P<0.001)。结论糖尿病视网膜病变患者的家庭功能状况对社区DR转诊率产生积极的影响。

Objective To study the correlation between the family function and its referral rate of patients with diabetic retinopathy. Methods 207 cases of patients diagnosed with DR clearly in the upper-level general hospital by the family doctors in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were selected and surveyed by the self-made questionnaires.Results The general data composition, DR binocular staging and family function status of 207 cases in Jiuting Community[total score：（7.84±1.98）points, and the difference in the referral rate between the patients with good family function and patients with family function disorder was statistically significant（χ2=15.27,P〈0.001）. Conclusion The family function state of patients with diabetic retinopathy has a positive effect on the community DR confirmation rate.
