治安程式化警务智能处理是基于模糊信息理论,人类思维通过模糊整合活动,使心理的东西超出生理的东西,把有限的刺激感应转化为质和量都表现为无穷的思维能力的客观机制[1]。提出程式化的警务处理模式是利用人对其一定的知识,通过语言模型予以处理,从而提出对治安程式化警务进行基于模糊推理的智能处理的设想。

The intelligent process of public order and security formulaic work is based on the fuzzy information theory.Mental activity can be separated from physical activity by human thinking,turning the limited stimulation sense into an objective mechanism which is both limitless in quality and quantity. And the formulaic mode of public security can use language model to deal with public security problems by taking advantage of people ＇s knowledge. Therefore,an assumption that using intelligent process based on the fuzzy logic to deal with public security problems is put forward.
