摘要 用自制的油酸咪唑啉、月桂酸咪唑啉、苯甲酸咪唑啉季铵盐分别与丙炔醇(PRAL)、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)及二乙烯三胺五甲叉膦酸(DETPMP)进行复配,利用静态挂片失重法得出最佳复配条件∶油酸咪唑啉季铵盐质量浓度60 mg/L,按照质量比1∶0.6加入DETPMP,最高缓蚀率可达到93.7%。并用极化曲线法考察了复配缓蚀剂在饱和CO_2油田水中的协同缓蚀作用。 Self-made oleic acid imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt,lauric acid imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt and benzoic acid imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt were compounded with PRAL,SDBS and DETPMP as compound agent. The optimum compounding condition was obtained by using the method of static coupon. Result indicated that the inhibition efficiency is 93.7%when the oleic acid imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt concentration is 60 mg/L and the mass ratio between oleic acid imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt and DETPMP is 1: 0. 6. The synergistic corrosion inhibition effect of compounding inhibitor in oilfield water saturated by CO2 was studied by using the method of polarization curves.
