带有粘弹性材料涂层的颗粒阻尼器实验

摘要 颗粒阻尼是一种被动减振技术,具有耗能效果好、结构简单、成本低廉、易于实施及适合在恶劣环境下使用等优点。由于粘弹性材料具有良好的耗能特性,提出了一种带有粘弹性材料涂层的颗粒阻尼器,并将其安装在悬臂梁的自由端进行了悬臂梁的减振特性实验。实验结果表明,带有粘弹性涂层的钢球颗粒阻尼器具有良好的耗能特性,减振效果明显超过了普通钢球颗粒阻尼器。尤其在机械的低频振动中(30Hz以下),其依然具有良好的减振能力,这是传统颗粒阻尼器所缺乏的特性,故带有粘弹性涂层的颗粒阻尼器具有广阔的应用前景。 Particle damping is a passive vibration reduction technology. It has several advantages as the character of excellent vibration reduction effect,simple structure,low price,easy operation and especially suited to tough work conditions. A novel particle damper which the filler particles are coated with viscoelastic material is presented as the excellent characteristics of energy dissipation,and it was mounted on the free end of the cantilever beam for damping effectiveness experiment. The results show that the particle damper with viscoelastic coating has all right performance of vibration reduction than conventional impact damper. It still works well in low frequency mechanical vibration,which is under 30 Hz. As conventional particle damper does not have this characteristic,particle damper with viscoelastic coating has bright and wide prospect of application.
