Prevention and Control of Particulate Pollution in Downtown Chengde

经过多年的大气污染治理,以燃煤为代表的"煤烟型"大气污染得到了有效控制,但是,以PM_(10)、PM_(2.5)和O_3为特征的大气污染给人民的生活和身体健康带来了新的挑战,就2013年至2016年《承德市环境质量状况公报》为基础,分析承德市大气污染特征变化情况,探讨新时期大气防治对策。

After years of atmospheric pollution,with coal as the representative of the ＂smoke＂atmospheric pollution has been effectively controlled,but the air pollution by PM10,PM2. 5 and O3 characteristics have brought new challenges to the lives and health of people. From 2013 to 2016 ＂Environmental Quality Bulletin＂in Chengde city and based on the analysis of variation characteristics of atmospheric pollution in Chengde city,the paper discusses the atmospheric control countermeasures in the new period.
