高校家庭经济困难学生资助与育人相结合的机制探索

Exploration on Mechanism of Combining Financial Aid with Education for College Students with Financial Difficulties

随着国家资助政策和措施的不断完善,资助家庭经济困难大学生工作取得了显著成效。另一方面在高校资助工作开展中,遇到一些新的问题和矛盾,如经济困难和心理问题并存、家庭经济困难证明虚假、"坐、等、靠"现象严重等问题。结合当前家庭经济困难大学生资助中存在的实际问题,提出将助困与育人相结合,积极探索资助育人新途径,帮助高校教育工作者在资助中更好地达成育人目标,从而促进大学生全面健康成才。

In recent years,with the continuous improvement of state subsidy policies and measures,the work of helping college students with financial difficulties has achieved remarkable results. On the other hand,there are some new problems and contradictions in the financial aid work in colleges,such as coexistence of economic poverty and psychological problems,faulty proof of family economic status,lack of initiative and so on. Based on the practical problems in the current financial aid work,this paper puts forward the combination of financial aid and education,actively explores the new ways of subsidizing education,helps the college educators to achieve the goal of educating students better with subsidy,so as to help poor college students lead a healthy and fruitful life.
