新时代我国法治进程中践行社会主义核心价值观的路径探析

Practice the Path Analysis of the Socialist Core Values in Chinese Legal Process in the New Era

党的十九大报告提出中国特色社会主义进入新时代,我国社会主要矛盾已经转化为人们日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分的发展之间的矛盾。对民主、法治、公平、正义需要日益广泛。民主、法治、公平、正义既是我国法治建设追求的价值目标,也是社会主义核心价值观倡导的价值诉求。党的十九大报告再次强调了全面推进依法治国的战略部署,指出深化依法治国实践,要坚持依法治国和以德治国相结合,弘扬社会主义核心价值观,这就把核心价值观和我国法治建设的联系提到一个新高度。本文探讨了核心价值观和法治的密切的联系,提出法治是践行核心价值观的外在保障,核心价值观是法治的内在要求;分析了我国法治进程中践行核心价值观存在的问题及原因。从完善践行社会主义核心价值观的法治体系、法治教育体系和法治文化体系三方面,提出我国法治进程中践行核心价值观的路径。

The Report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China delivers China having entered into the new period of socialism. The main contradiction has been transformed in China. There is a contradiction between people＇s ever increasing good life and unbalanced, insufficient development. Democracy, legality, fairness and justice are our country＇s pursuing the value goal of legal construction. The Report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasizes promoting the national deployment of the legal system in an all-round way. It points out further the practice of governing the country by law. It must insist the combination of governing the country by law and governing the country by morality. It expands the core values of Chinese socialism. It promotes the combination of core values and legal construction to a new level. The thesis discusses the connection between core values and legal governing. It puts forward legal governing is the outer guarantee of promoting core values and core values is the inner requirement of legal governing. It analyzes problems and reasons in the process of practicing our legal governing. It puts forward the path of core value of Chinese legal practice process from three aspects： namely, perfection of practicing core values of socialism,legal education system and legal culture system.
