冷冻联合干扰素治疗慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Treatment of Chronic Cervicitis Combined with HPV Infection by Freezing and Interferon

目的探讨冷冻疗法联合干扰素对慢性宫颈炎合并人乳头状瘤病毒(human papilloma virus,HPV)的治疗效果。方法方便收集2015年1月—2016年8月该院慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染患者共83例,分为冷冻组42例,联合治疗组41例。冷冻组患者采用单纯冷冻疗法,联合组患者采用冷冻疗法联合干扰素治疗,比较两组在治疗后6个月的总有效率及HPV转阴率。结果治疗后联合组总有效率87.80%,冷冻组总有效率69.05%,两者差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.423,P<0.05)。治疗后联合组HPV转阴率78.05%。冷冻组HPV转阴率57.14%。两者差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.243,P<0.05)。结论慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染时应用冷冻联合干扰素治疗可提高治疗效果及HPV转阴率。

Objective This paper tries to observe the therapeutic effect of cryotherapy combined with interferon on chronic cervicitis combined with human papilloma virus（HPV）. Methods A total of 83 cases of chronic cervicitis combined with HPV infection were convenient selected from January 2015 to August 2016 in this hospital and were divided into the freezing group and the combination therapy group of 42 cases and 41 cases. Patients in the frozen group were treated with cryotherapy alone. Patients in the combined group were treated with cryotherapy combined with interferon. The total effective rate and the negative conversion rate of HPV were compared between the two groups after 6 months of treatment. Results After treatment, the combined group had a total effective rate of 87.80% and the frozen group had a total effective rate of69.05%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（χ^2=4.423, P〈0.05）. After treatment, the negative rate of HPV in the combined group was 78.05%. In the frozen group, the negative rate of HPV was 57.14%. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups（χ^2=4.243, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Chronic cervicitis combined with HPV infection can improve the treatment effect and HPV negative rate with the combination of freezing and interferon therapy.
