疝环充填式无张力修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Indirect Inguinal Hernia Treated by Plug-in-hole Tension-free Hernia Repair

目的探讨疝环填充式无张力疝修补术对腹股沟疝的临床治疗效果。方法方便选取该院于2014年2月—2015年12月期间收治的92例腹股沟疝患者作为该次研究对象,利用随机数字表法将其均分为研究组、对照组(每组46例)。两组腹股沟疝患者均接受外科手术治疗,其中研究组行疝环充填式无张力修补术,对照组行巴西尼(Bassini)疝修补术,记录其手术情况、预后情况,将所得数据输入SPSS 19.0统计学软件后给予统计学分析并得出结论。结果两组腹股沟疝患者手术时间分别为(37.35±4.61)、(35.66±4.52)min,数据对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组术中出血量(13.35±1.66)m L、术后下床时间(3.74±0.69)h、术后疼痛持续时间(2.03±0.27)d、术后住院时间(5.03±0.94)d均显著少于对照组[分别为(22.58±3.57)m L、(8.02±1.22)h、(5.79±0.89)d、(9.81±1.16)d],对比均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后各项并发症发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论利用疝环充填式无张力修补术治疗腹股沟疝有效性、安全性均较优,有利于保障患者疗效、预后。

Objective This paper tries to investigate the clinical effect of mesh-plug tension-free hernia repair on inguinal hernia. Methods 92 patients with inguinal hernia who were admitted to this hospital from February 2014 to December 2015 were selected conveniently as the subject of this study. They were randomly divided into study group and control group（46 cases in each group） using random number table method. The two groups of inguinal hernia patients received surgical treatment. The study group underwent meniscus-ooptic hernia repair. The control group underwent Bassini hernia repair. The operation status and prognosis were recorded. The data was input into the SPSS 19.0 statistical software, statistically analyzed and drawn conclusions. Results The operation time of the inguinal hernia in the two groups were（37.35 ±4.61）min,（35.66±4.52）min, the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）; the intraoperative blood loss in the study group was（13.35±1.66）m L, and the postoperative bed-out time was（3.74±0.69）h, postoperative pain duration（2.03±0.27） d, and postoperative hospital stay（5.03 ±0.94）d were all significantly less than the control group [（22.58 ±3.57）m L,（8.02±1.22）h,（5.79±0.89）d,（9.81±1.16）d], the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; the incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effectiveness and safety of inguinal hernia repair using hernia ring-filling tension-free repair are superior, and it is beneficial to ensure the efficacy and prognosis of patients.
