帕罗西汀联合乌灵胶囊治疗产后焦虑抑郁的临床效果

Effect of Paroxetine and Wuling Capsule on Postpartum Anxiety and Depression

目的研究分析帕罗西汀联合乌灵胶囊治疗产后抑郁的临床应用效果。方法方便选取该院2015年2月—2017年5月接收的产后抑郁患者90例,均分两组予以治疗,对照组使用单纯帕罗西汀药物治疗,研究组则在该基础上给予患者乌灵胶囊进行治疗,仔细对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果研究组治疗前的SAS评分为(55.74±9.02)分,对照组治疗前的SAS评分为(55.27±9.01)分,比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.247,P=0.805);研究组治疗后的SAS评分为(30.56±5.41)分,对照组治疗后的SAS评分为(43.84±6.47)分,比较差异有统计学意义(t=10.563,P=0.001);研究组治疗前的SDS评分为(54.66±8.78)分,对照组治疗前的SDS评分为(54.89±8.56)分,比较无统计学意义(t=0.126,P=0.900);研究组治疗后的SDS评分为(31.15±7.02)分,对照组治疗后的SDS评分为(43.37±6.86)分,比较差异有统计学意义(t=8.352,P=0.001);研究组不良反应发生率为6.67%,对照组不良反应发生率为28.89%,比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.601,P=0.001)。结论临床上,使用帕罗西汀联合乌灵胶囊对产后抑郁患者进行治疗的效果更加明显,可改善患者的心理状态、提高治疗效果,值得推广应用。

Objective This paper tries to study the clinical effect of paroxetine combined with Wuling capsule in treating postpartum depression. Methods 90 patients with postpartum depression received in this hospital from February 2015 to May 2017 were selected conveniently and treated equally in two groups. The control group was treated with paroxetine alone, and the study group was given Wuling capsules for treatment, carefully compared the clinical treatment effect of the two groups of patients. Results The SAS score before treatment in the study group was（55.74 ±9.02） points, and the SAS score before treatment in the control group was（55.27±9.01） points, there was no statistically significant difference（t=0.247,P=0.805）; after treatment in the study group The SAS score was（30.56±5.41） points, and the SAS scores after treatment in the control group were（43.84±6.47） points, with statistically significant differences（t=10.563, P=0.001）; before treatment in the study group The SDS score was（54.66±8.78） points. The SDS score before treatment in the control group was（54.89±8.56） points. There was no statistical difference（t=0.126, P=0.900）. The SDS score after treatment in the study group was（31.15±7.02） points, the score of SDS after treatment in the control group was（43.37±6.86） points, with statistically significant differences（t=8.352, P=0.001）; the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 6.67%. The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 28.89%, which was statistically significant（χ^2=7.601, P=0.001）. Conclusion Clinically, the use of paroxetine combined with Wuling capsules for the treatment of postpartum depression patients is more effective, which can improve the patient＇s psychological state, improve the treatment effect, and it is worth promoting.
