口服炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗剖宫产术后子宫切口憩室的疗效分析

Oral Estradiol Cyproterone Tablets for the Treatment of Uterine Incision Diverticulum after Cesarean Section

目的分析口服炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗剖宫产术后子宫切口憩室的疗效。方法方便选取该院于2015年3月—2017年10月收治的48例剖宫产术后子宫切口憩室患者,随机分为参照组与研究组。参照组(n=24)予以中成药治疗,研究组采用中成药和炔雌醇环丙孕酮片联合治疗。对比分析两组疗效。结果经超声检测,研究组用药前(5.14±2.35)mm、用药6个月(5.10±2.36)mm后的憩室直径与对照组(5.36±2.28)、(5.18±2.28)mm比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前1个月,两组患者的经期时长差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。用药3、6个月后,研究组的经期时长(7.68±2.88)d、(6.78±2.26)d明显短于参照组(9.87±3.89)、(9.86±3.42)d(P<0.05);研究组的不良反应率(16.67%)、耐受情况(75.00%)显著优于参照组(45.83%、54.17%)(P<0.05)。结论口服炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗剖宫产术后子宫切口憩室的疗效显著,可有效缩短经期,该治疗法不能作为根治剖宫产术后子宫切口憩室的主要措施,可能需要予以手术处理。

Objective This paper tries to analyze the efficacy of oral ethinyl estradiol cyproterone tablets in the treatment of uterine incision diverticulum after cesarean section. Methods 48 cases of uterine incision diverticulum after cesarean section admitted from March 2015 to October 2017 in this hospital were convenient selected and randomly divided into reference group and study group. The reference group（n=24） was treated with proprietary Chinese medicine, and the study group was treated with combination of proprietary Chinese medicine and ethinyl estradiol cyproterone tablets. The efficacy of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results Ultrasonographic examination showed that there was no significant difference in diverticulum diameter between the study group before（5.14±2.35）mm and after 6 months（5.10±2.36）mm in the study group compared with the control group（5.36±2.28）mm and（5.18±2.28）mm（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the duration of menstruation between the two groups of patients before treatment（P〈0.05）. After 3 months and 6 months of treatment, the menstrual period（7.68±2.88）d and（6.78±2.26）d in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the reference group（9.87 ±3.89）d and（9.86 ±3.42）d（P〈0.05）; The study group＇s side reaction rate（16.67%）, tolerability（75.00%） was significantly better than the reference group（45.83%, 54.17%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Oral estradiol cyclopprogesterone tablets for the treatment of uterine incision diverticulum after cesarean section has a significant effect, which can effectively shorten the menstrual period, however, the treatment cannot be used as a major measure to cure the uterine incision after cesarean section diverticulum,which may require surgery.
