摘要 目的探究精细化管理在神经内科护理管理中的应用效果。方法方便选取2016年7月—2017年8月该院接收并采取相关诊治处理措施的神经内科患者90例作为研究样本,全部患者均为经参照相关诊断标准被确诊的神经内科病症患者。将其随机分为两组,即对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组采取以往最常应用的管理模式,观察组应用精细化管理模式。观察并比较两组患者在院诊治时间及其对管理模式的满意程度。结果给予对应管理模式后,观察组患者在院诊治平均时间为(6.13±1.82)d,对照组在院诊治平均时间为(9.53±1.62)d,差异有统计学意义(t=6.281,P<0.05);观察组患者对管理模式的满意程度为93.33%,相较于对照组患者对管理模式的满意程度82.22%显著较高,提升趋势显著(χ2=5.19,P<0.05)。结论对神经内科相关病症患者在其护理管理过程中运用精细化管理模式,临床疗效显著,对患者在院诊治时间的缩短具有积极作用,同时有助于提升患者对管理模式的满意程度及接受度。 Objective This paper tries to explore the application of refined management in neurological care management.Methods From July 2016 to August 2017, 90 patients with neurology who received and took relevant treatment measures in our hospital were convenient selected as study samples. All patients were neurological diseases diagnosed according to relevant diagnostic criteria. They were randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the observation group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group adopted the most commonly applied management model in the past, and the observation group applied a refined management model. Observe and compare the time of diagnosis and treatment in the two groups of patients and their satisfaction with the management model. Results After the corresponding management mode was given,the average time of observation in the observation group was(6.13±1.82)days, and the average time in the control group was(9.53±1.62)days. There was a difference(t=6.281, P〈0.05). The satisfaction degree of the management group in the observation group was 93.33% compared with the control group, the satisfaction degree of the management model was 82.22%, significantly higher, and the promotion trend was significant(χ^2=5.19,P〈0.05). Conclusion The use of a refined management model for patients with neurological-related diseases in the nursing management process has a significant clinical effect,which has a positive effect on the shortening of patients' time in the diagnosis and treatment of the hospital, and at the same time helps to improve patients' satisfaction and acceptance of management models.
