优质护理对ICU患者医院感染发生率以及患者满意度的影响

Effect of High-quality Nursing on the Incidence of Nosocomial Infection and Patient's Satisfaction in ICU Patients

目的评价优质护理对重症监护室(ICU)患者医院感染率以及满意度的影响。方法方便选择该院2016年7—12月ICU收治的148例患者作为对照组,方便选择该院2017年1—6月ICU收治的152例患者作为观察组,对照组实施常规的ICU护理措施,观察组在对照组护理的基础上实施优质护理措施。比较两组患者的医院感染发生率、医务人员手卫生、护理质量以及患者护理满意度。结果观察组医院感染发生率为3.29%,明显低于对照组的14.19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医务人员手卫生执行率为96.30%,明显高于对照组的79.17%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组基础护理、病区管理、护理记录、药品和器械管理、护理措施落实以及护理人员职业素质等方面得分分别为(95.24±6.41)分、(95.06±5.68)分、(94.86±5.16)分、(94.05±6.42)分、(94.35±4.82)分以及(93.89±5.76)分,均显著高于对照组的(83.73±5.16)分、(84.86±5.39)分、(85.43±4.76)分(86.88±4.79)分、(85.25±4.15)分以及(87.17±6.01)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理满意度为98.03%,明显高于对照组的81.76%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理服务可以显著降低ICU患者医院感染发生率,提高医务人员手卫生以及护理质量,患者满意度显著提高,值得在临床上进行广泛的推广。

Objective This paper tries to evaluate the effect of high-quality care on hospital infection and satisfaction in intensive care unit（ICU） patients. Methods 148 patients admitted to the ICU from July to December 2016 in this hospital were convenient selected as the control group. 152 patients admitted to the ICU from January to June 2017 in this hospital were convenient selected as the observation group. The control group was given routine ICU treatment. The observation group on the basis of the control group implementedquality care measures. The incidence of nosocomial infections, hand hygiene of medical personnel, quality of care, and patient care satisfaction were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The incidence of nosocomial infection in the observation group was 3.29%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group（14.19%）. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The implementation rate of the hand hygiene of the observation staff was 96.30%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group（79.17%）. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The scores of basic care, ward management, nursing records, drug and device management, implementation of nursing measures, and professional quality of nursing staff in the observation group were（95.24±6.41） points,（95.06±5.68）points,（94.86±5.16） points,（94.05±6.42）points,（94.35±4.82）points, and（93.89±5.76）points were significantly higher than those of the control group（83.73±5.16）points,（84.86±5.39）points, and（85.43±4.76）points,（86.88±4.79） points,（85.25 ±4.15） points, and（87.17 ±6.01） points, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The satisfaction rate of observation in patients in the observation group was 98.03%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group（81.76%）. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion High-quality nursing services can significantly reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection in ICU patients, improve the hand hygiene of medical personnel and the quality of care, and patient satisfaction is significantly improved. It is worthwhile to widely promote clinical practice.
