CT增强延时扫描技术在肝脏肿瘤鉴别诊断中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of CT-enhanced Delayed Scanning Technique in the Differential Diagnosis of Liver Tumors

目的分析研讨CT增强延时扫描技术在肝脏肿瘤鉴别诊断中的应用效果。方法从该院2014年6月—2017年6月期间收治的肝脏肿瘤患者中随机抽取52例纳入到讨论中,患者均接受CT增强延时扫描技术检查诊断,并将检查结果和手术病理结果进行对比分析。结果比较病理检查100.00%与CT增强检查准确率96.15%,差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.925 6,P=0.777 3)。结论建议临床诊断肝脏肿瘤可采用CT增强延时扫描技术,此方式检查准确性高,且安全,将患者所受创伤性降至最低,值得应用于临床诊断鉴别肝脏肿瘤中。

Objective This paper tries to analyze and discuss the application effect of CT Enhanced Delay Scanning Technology in differential diagnosis of liver tumor. Methods 52 cases of liver tumors treated in this hospital from June 2014 to June 2017 were included in the study. All patients underwent CT-enhanced delayed-scanning technique to check the diagnosis, and the results were compared with the results of the surgical pathology. Results The pathological examination100.00% and the CT enhanced examination accuracy rate of 96.15%, but the difference was not statistically significant（χ^2=1.925 6, P=0.777 3）. Conclusion It is suggested that the clinical diagnosis of liver tumors can be performed using CT-enhanced delayed-scanning technique. This method is highly accurate and safe, and minimizes trauma to patients. It is worthy of being applied to the clinical diagnosis of liver tumors.
