磁共振表观扩散系数对鼻咽癌颈部小淋巴结转移瘤的诊断价值

Diagnostic Value of Apparent Diffusion Coefficient of Magnetic Resonance for Small Lymph Node Metastases in Neck Carcinoma

目的观察和探讨磁共振表观扩散系数在鼻咽癌颈部小淋巴结转移诊断中的研究价值。方法方便选取2016年6月—2017年6月该院收治的35例拟诊鼻咽癌患者(研究组)和35例志愿者(对照组)行弥散加权成像,将鼻咽癌转移淋巴结与良性淋巴结的表观扩散系数(ADC)值分别进行比较。结果鼻咽癌转移淋巴ADC值显著低于相应良性淋巴结组(P<0.05),良性淋巴结组淋巴结的ADC值(1.35±0.19)×10-3mm2/s,显著高于相应转移淋巴结组的ADC值(0.82±0.21)×10-3mm2/s(t=1.274,P<0.05)。结论磁共振表观扩散系数像对鼻咽癌颈部小淋巴结转移有一定的诊断价值,值得临床上推广使用。

Objective This paper tries to observe and investigate the value of apparent diffusion coefficient of magnetic resonance in the diagnosis of cervical lymph node metastasis in nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods Thirty-five patients with suspected nasopharyngeal carcinoma（study group） and 35 volunteers（control group） treated in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were convenient selected performed diffusion-weighted imaging to map metastases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma with benign lymph nodes. The apparent diffusion coefficient（ADC） values were compared. Results The metastatic lymph node ADC value of nasopharyngeal carcinoma was significantly lower than that of the corresponding benign lymph node group（P〈0.05）, and the ADC value of benign lymph node lymph nodes（1.35±0.19）×10-3 mm^2/s was significantly higher than that of the corresponding metastatic lymph node group（0.82±0.21）×10-3 mm^2/s（t=1.274, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Apparent diffusion coefficient of magnetic resonance imaging has a certain diagnostic value for small lymph node metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, and it is worthy of clinical application.
