介绍了390H发电机励磁电刷的结构特点,结合运行中出现的替代励磁电刷刷辫脱落的现象,通过对比分析原厂电刷和替代电刷的结构、工艺,指出普通的电刷刷辫埋设工艺不适用此类型电刷是导致电刷刷辫脱落的主要原因,可为发电机励磁电刷的选择和运行维护提供参考。
It introduces the structural characteristics of 390 H generator excitation carbon brush. Comparing and analyzing the original parts and replaced parts from structures and craftsmanship,it points out that ordinary carbon brush cord embedding process is not applicable to this type of carbon brush,which is the main cause of carbon brush cord peeling. It can be taken as reference for selecting carbon brush and operational maintenance for generator excitation.
