思林发电厂综合耗水率主要影响因素分析及对策

摘要 针对贵州乌江水电开发有限责任公司思林发电厂耗水率偏高的问题,从发电厂在电网中的作用、水库运行特性、上下游水库之间的关系分析机组运行的外部环境,从机组检修间隔调整、机组负荷变幅、单机运行工况等内部环境,全面分析了影响耗水率的主要因素,采取了水库水位动态控制、提高区间流域小洪水预报精度、优化机组开机顺序等措施,有效降低了发电厂耗水率。 The water consumption rate of Silin Power Plant,Guizhou Wujiang Hydropower Development Company Limited is relatively high. The external environment of unit operation is analyzed from the function of power plant in power grid,reservoir operation characteristics and relationship between upstream anddownstream reservoirs. The main factors affecting water consumption rate are analyzed from the internal environment which includes adjustment of time between overhauls,load fluctuation per unit and single unit operating condition. It takes measures such as the dynamic control of reservoir water level,the improvement on the accuracy of small flood forecast and the optimizing the starting sequence of units,to effectively reduce the water consumption rate of power plants.
