破坏性创新:一个文献综述

Disruptive Innovation: A literature review

创新被公认为经济增长的源动力,但长期以来,国内外学者对创新理论的研究往往局限于基于维持性创新模式的自主创新、集成创新、体系创新、质量创新等领域内。理论界对于破坏性创新的研究还十分缺乏。对破坏性创新的主要特征、理论边界和运行机理的相关研究进行综述。破坏性创新的各项特征:二元性、非竞争性、颠覆性、原创性、破坏性和与知识溢出耦合性的运行机理之间有着十分重要的、关系密切的维度关联效应。这些关联效应"黏合"在一起,共同组成一个驱动经济增长方式转变的有机体系。

Innovation is recognized as the source of economic growth. However, for a long time,the study of domestic and foreign scholars on the innovation theory are often limited in independent innovation, integrated innovation, system innovation, quality innovation based on the maintenance innovation mode, and the theoretical circles for the destruction of the innovative research is very limited. After reviewing the destruction of the main characteristics of the innovation, the theory boundary and operation mechanism, the author found that the failure of innovation includes the following characteristics： duality, non competitive, disruptive technology leapfrogging, and breakthrough and originality, and destruction and knowledge spillover coupling mechanism are very important, which indicates the close relationship among the correlation dimension effect. These effects are associated with the ＂glue＂ together, a common component of the organic system of a driving economic growth mode transformation.
