流延聚乙烯专用料ZF4533H和ZF4527C的研究与应用 被引量:5

摘要 介绍了中国石化镇海炼化流延聚乙烯专用料ZF4533H和ZF4527C的研究,分析对比了市场常用的线性聚乙烯树脂与ZF4533H和ZF4527C在流延聚乙烯薄膜制造过程中应用效果。结果表明:使用ZF4533和ZF4527C专用料,流延聚乙烯薄膜膜面不会氧化变色、小分子迁移析出少、外观瑕疵点少,气味低,薄膜纵横向拉伸强度一致、厚薄度偏差小、透明度高、雾度低。 It studies the application of Sinopec Zhenhai Refining Chemical Company ZF 4533H and ZF 4527C special materials in casting polyethylene film.The application effects of linear polyethylene resin commonly used in the market and ZF 4533H, ZF 4527C are compared with experimental analysis. Results showed that, it obtains lower haze, high transparency, lower odor after using ZF 4533H and ZF 4527C special materials in casting polyethylene film, as well as the film surface would not be discolored by oxidation, and small molecules would migrate and separate out less, and the appearance defect point would be less. the longitudinal and transverse tensile strength of the film is consistent, the thickness deviation is small.
