摘要
课堂教学改革是当前学校教务工作的重要内容,从组织理论的视角对课堂教学改革的学校困境进行系统分析势在必行。困境成因在于课堂教学改革的理性缺位、科层制管理的机械和僵化与变革领导力缺失。因此,当前课堂教学模式应侧重从"对话"教学模式的重构、"对话"机制组织结构与管理的改进、"学习领导"转型与学校"对话"文化重塑的系统组建等方面入手,以破解课堂教学改革的困境。
Currently,the classroom teaching reform is an important part of school educational administration,and it is inevitable to analyze systematically the school predicaments in classroom teaching reform from the view of organizational theory. The reason of the predicaments lies in the following several aspects: lack of theory in classroom teaching reform; hierarchical management that is mechanical and rigid; and the loss of transformative leadership. Therefore,the current classroom teaching model should make efforts in the reconstruction of "conversation"teaching model,the improvement of organizational structure and management in the "conversation"mechanism innovation,the transformation of "study leadership"and the systematic building of "conversation"cultural reconstruction etc. This may bring some breakthrough for the predicament of classroom teaching reform.
