把思想政治教育作为促进大学生就业创业的先导性工作,既是推动高校人才培养模式和教育教学改革的重要内容,也是开展就业创业指导的重要环节。高校应正视大学生就业创业指导工作中存在的诸多问题,采取切实有效的办法和措施,促使两者形成良性循环并达到充分契合的理想运行状态,促进大学生就业创业能力和水平的持续提升,进而实现更高质量和更充分就业。

It is necessary to take the ideological political education as the leading work for the promotion of university students＇ employment and entrepreneurship because this is not only the important content to carry out the reform in the cultivation model of talents and the reform in education and teaching in universities,but also the important link to carry out the guidance for employment and entrepreneurship. Universities should pay attention to the problems that exist in the guidance for students＇ employment and entrepreneurship,and adopt the practical and effective methods so as to make the two factors circulate virtuously and reach to an ideal operating condition with fully conjunction,thus improve continuously the university students＇ ability and level in employment and entrepreneurship and realize the employment with higher quality and more opportunities.
