摘要 以南紫薇种子为材料,用不同浓度NaN_3溶液进行处理,研究其对南紫薇种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。研究结果表明,不同浓度的NaN_3溶液对南紫薇种子幼苗的萌发的影响不同,随着NaN_3浓度的增加,南紫薇种子的发芽率、相对发芽率和发芽潜力呈下降趋势,各处理与对照组相比差异均达到显著水平,当浓度大于15 mmol·L^(-1)时,达到极显著水平;对苗期的生长分析表明,NaN_3对南紫薇幼苗的株高和地径表现出低浓度(<10 mmol·L^(-1))促进,高浓度(>10 mmol·L^(-1))抑制的现象,而对幼苗叶片的生长呈现为单向抑制作用,在15 mmol·L^(-1)时达到极显著水平。以相对发芽率达半致死量和降低10%~30%的苗高为衡量标准,可以认为NaN_3对南紫薇的最佳诱变浓度为20 mmol·L^(-1)。 To analyze the effect of different concentration of NaN3 on Lagerstroemia indica L. germination and seedling growth,the seeds of Lagerstroemia indica L were mutagenized by different concentration of NaN3. The results showed that the germination rate,relative germination rate and germination potential of the seeds were significantly decreased with the increase of NaN3 concentration. Meanwhile,the treatment was significantly different from the control group,furthermore,it reached a very significant level when the concentration was greater than 15 mmol·L^-1. The growth analysis of the seedling stage showed that a low concentration of NaN3( 10 mmol·L^-1) had a promotion on the plant height and ground diameter of Lagerstroemia indica seedlings. While a high concentration of NaN3( 15 mmol·L^-1) had a restraint on it. For the growth of seedling leaves,it had a unilateral inhibition and the effect came to an extremely significant level when the concentration was 15 mmol·L^-1. In a word,the optimum mutation concentration of NaN3 to Lagerstroemia indica was 20 mmol·L^-1 when the standard was the relative germination rate of semi-lethal dose and the reduction of the seedling height between 10% to 30%.
