科技创新的困境与出路

摘要 随着我国市场经济体制的发展,我国经济发展已经进入到了一个新的阶段,经济增长的动力由原先的要素驱动转变为创新驱动,我国经济发展对于科技创新的依赖程度更高,科技创新已经成为了我国经济发展的重要引擎,同时我国经济发展也对科技创新提出了新的要求,但是现阶段我国科技创新理念缺失,缺乏相应的人才,动力不足,这些困境都成为了我国经济增长的制约点,只有不断进行科技创新,对科技创新进行全面落实,才能更好地促进我国经济社会的发展。文章首先分析了科技创新的重要作用,然后对科技创新面临的困境进行了分析,最后提出了相应的对策解决这一困境,对于促进我国科技创新发展有着重要的意义。 With the development of China's market economy system, China's economic development has entered a new stage, the driving force of economic growth has changed from the original factor driven to innovation-driven, and China's economic devel- opment depends on scientific and technological innovation to a higher degree. Scientific and technological innovation has become an important engine of China's economic development. At the same time, China's economic development has also put forward new re- quirements for scientific and technological innovation, but at this stage, the concept of scientific and technological innovation in our country is lacking, and also lacking is emTesponding talents and motivation. These difficulties have become the constraints of China's economic growth. Only by constantly conducting and carrying out scientific and technological innovation in an all-round way- can we better promote the development of our eountry's economy and society-. This paper first analyzes the important role of scientific and technological innovation, and then analyzes the difficulties faced by scientific and technological innovation, and finally puts forward the eorl'esponding eountermeasures to solve this dilemma, which is of great significance to promote the development of scientific and technological innovation in China.
