后工业时代中国工业遗产创新型开发利用模式研究

A Study of the Innovative Development and Utilization Mode of China's Industrial Heritage in the Post-Industrial Era

当前,世界正在"从工业时代走向信息时代,从工业社会走向后工业社会"。在这种时代背景下,世界经济格局、城市产业结构发生了巨大转变,工业社会日趋衰退,同时,产生大量的工业遗产。而工业遗产作为人类社会变革时期的历史见证,有着重要的历史价值、文化价值和社会教育价值。我国工业遗产开发利用问题的研究仍然处于起步阶段,而其本身所蕴含的文化价值亟待保护和传承。通过研究探讨和思考后工业时代中国工业遗产创新型开发利用模式,在此基础上,运用科学技术和艺术设计手法使得废弃土地资源得以高效循环再利用、工业文明得以保存,并以更加完美的姿态呈现。

At present, the world is moving ＂fronl the industrial age to the information age, from the industrial society to the post-industrial society. In this context, the world＇s economic structure, as well as urban industrial structure, has undergone tremen- dous changes, thus industrial society is declining; at the same time, a large number of industrial heritage occurs. As a historical wit- ness in the period of social transfomlation, industrial heritage has important historical value, cultural value and social as well as ed- ucational value. The research on the development and utilization of industrial heritage in China is still in its infancy, and its cultural value is in urgent need of protection and inheritance. Based on the research, discussion and reflection on the innovative development and utilization mode of China＇s industrial heritage in the post-industrial era, the utilization of science and technology- and artistic design techniques can effectively recycle and reuse the abandoned land resources and preserve the industrial civilization, so that it can be presented in a more perfect manner.
