华中数控车宏程序加工实例分析

Non-circular curve （such as ellipse curve, parabola, hyperbolic and involute） is often included in CNC machining, and its machining efficiency and quality are often the key to manufacturing. Using Huazhong Century Star HNC-21T CNC turning system, this paper discusses the idea of macro program programnfing for turning ellipse outline, and explains the machining method and program meaning in detail. Using SW CNC sinmlation software to simulate the process of the program, so that learners can truly understand the essence of macro program processing, so that the combination of learning and training can draw inferences from one another.
