综合心理干预对慢性住院精神分裂症患者治疗依从性及始动性缺乏状态的影响

Effect of comprehensive psychological intervention on treatment compliance and initiating deficiency state of inpatients with chronic schizophrenia

目的探讨综合心理干预对慢性住院精神分裂症患者治疗依从性及始动性缺乏状态的影响。方法将2016年8月-2017年11月广州市民政局精神病院收治的64例慢性住院精神分裂症患者采用随机抽签法,分为对照组和观察组,每组32例。对照组采用常规的精神科药物治疗、日常生活护理和一般的康复训练(无心理干预内容),观察组在对照组的基础上实施综合心理干预。分别于干预前及干预3个月后采用简明精神病量表(BPRS)、自知力及治疗态度问卷(ITAQ)和始动性缺乏评分量表(Butler)对两组患者精神病性、自知力及依从性、始动性进行评分。结果干预3个月后,观察组BPRS、ITAQ及Butler总评分明显优于对照组,均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论综合心理干预能有效地恢复慢性住院精神分裂症患者的自知力,提高治疗的依从性,改善始动性缺乏状态,有利于患者的康复。

Objective To explore the comprehensive psychological intervention on chronic schizophrenia patients affect treatment compliance and lack of initiative.Methods 64 cases of chronic schizophrenia inpatients from August2016 to November 2017 was randomly divided into control group and observation group,32 cases in each group.Patients in control group was using psychotropic drug treatment,regular daily life nursing and general rehabilitation training（without psychological intervention）,patients observation group was given the implementation of the comprehensive psychological intervention the BPRS,in 3 months before and after the（BPRS）,insight and treatment attitude questionnaire（ITAQ）score and lack of initiative（Butler）score of two groups of patients.Results After 3 months of intervention,the total score of BPRS,ITAQ and Butler in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.01）,and all had statistical significance.Conclusioncomprehensive psychological intervention can effectively restore chronic schizophrenic patients with insight,improve treatment compliance,improve the lack of initiative,and conducive to the rehabilitation of patients.
