压力容器无损检测原理与具体方法之研究

摘要 现代工业的快速发展,压力容器作为一种承压装置,在许多行业都有着广泛用途,同时压力容器在具体应用过程中经常会处于高温、高压、剧毒环境,这也就对压力容器的性能提出了更高的要求。而无损检测是在不破坏压力容器的基础上完成对压力容器性能的检测,利用无损检测可以确定压力容器的性能及使用寿命,从而使压力容器的作用能够得到充分发挥。因此,采用无损检测技术对压力容器进行检测,判断压力容器的性能有着重要意义。 With the rapid development of modern industry, pressure vessels, as a kind of pressure-bearing device, are widely used in many industries. At the same time, pressure vessels are often exposed to high temperature, high pressure and toxic environment in the specific application process, which puts forward higher requirements on the performance of pressure vessels. Nondestructive testing is to complete the inspection of pressure vessel performance on the basis of not damaging the pressure vessel, and the performance and service life of the pressure vessel can be determined by nondestructive testing, so that the function of the pressure vessel can be brought into full play. Therefore, it is of great significance to adopt nondestructive testing technology to test pressure vessels and judge their performance.
