摘要
一种使用间歇式钒液净化技术代替连续净化操作中,研究净化过程根据氧化钠化法焙烧钒渣浸出液杂质的特性及其影响沉钒过程的机理,研究钒液净化方式,优选高分子絮凝剂应用到钒液净化过程中以加速钒液中赋存的胶体和悬浊物质的沉降速度,形成高效净化技术,解决制约生产顺行瓶颈问题,实现钒产品提质进档。
In an operation in which intermittent vanadium liquid purification technology is used instead of continuous purification technology, the characteristics of leaching solution of vanadium slag impurities which is roasted by sodium oxide and the mechanism that affects vanadium precipitation process are studied in the purification process, and the purification ways of vanadium liquid are studied. The polymer flocculant is preferably applied to the purification process of vanadium liquid to accelerate the settling speed of colloids and suspended substances in vanadium liquid, so as to solve the bottleneck problem that restricts the smooth operation of production, and realize the upgrading and improving of vanadium products.
