摘要
本文以企业实践者角度,从往复压缩机在企业的重要性,常用压缩机故障诊断监测信号种类分类及监测方法,提升经验到理论技术及智能化的常用方法及路径,排气不足、排气温度异常、响声异常、压力异常、过热情况等的诊断实例及后续展望等方面完整地对往复压缩机故障诊断技术进行了有益的探索研究。
Based on enterprise practitioners point of view, this paper from the reciprocating compressor in the enterprise, the importance of the commonly used types of compressor fault diagnosis monitoring signal classification and monitoring method, ascending experience to the theory of technology and intelligent methods and paths, exhaust, exhaust temperature, an abnormal noise, abnormal pressure, overheating and other diagnostic instance, and the follow-up prospects in full for reciprocating compressor fault diagnosis technology has carried on the beneficial exploration research.
