摘要
甲醛作为一种重要的有机化工原料,在化工、医药、染料等行业都有着广泛的应用。本文主要及介绍了甲醛生产的两种典型工艺,并对反应热回收,尾气回收和冷凝热回收做出了优化设计,对甲醛的生产工业具有很大的意义。
Formaldehyde, as an important organic chemical raw material, is widely used in chemical industry, medicine, dye and other industries. This paper mainly introduces two typical processes of formaldehyde production, and optimizes the design of reaction heat recovery, tail gas recovery and condensation heat recovery, which has great significance for formaldehyde production industry.
