摘要
氧化锌是一种量子效率高、激子结合能大、物理和化学稳定性较好且廉价无毒的宽禁带半导体材料。作为一种新型功能材料,氧化锌具有优异的性能,广泛应用于污水处理、传感器光响应、电池研究、光催化抗菌的应用等领域。文章对目前存在的问题和未来氧化锌在更多领域的发展做出了展望。
Zinc oxide is a kind of semiconductor material with wide band gap with high quantum efficiency, high exciton binding energy, good physical and chemical stability, and low cost and innocuity. As a new functional material, zinc oxide has excellent performance and is widely used in the fields of sewage treatment, sensor light response, battery research, photocatalytic antibacterial applications. The article summarized the existing problems and makes a prospect of the development of zinc oxide in more fields in the future.
