摘要
压力容器在我国化工、纺织、石油冶炼等传统行业中是必不可少的关键装备。在实际生产过程中,高温高压是工艺生产过程中会遇到的工况,会在压力容器筒体和封头连接处产生较大的应力集中,会影响压力容器正常工作。本文借助于计算机有限元ANSYS15.0软件,对压力容器在高温高压条件下,筒体与封头连接处进行应力分析模拟,为压力容器设计提供一定的参考价值。
Pressure vessel is an essential key equipment in traditional industries such as chemical industry, textile industry and petroleum smelting in China. In the actual production process, high-temperature and high-pressure are the working conditions that will be met in the process of production, which will generate greater stress concentration at the connection between the cylinder and the head of the pressure vessel, and will affect the normal operation of the pressure vessel. In this paper, with the help of computer finite element ANSYS 15.0 software, the stress analysis and simulation of the connection between cylinder and head of pressure vessel under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions are carried out, which provides some reference value for the design of pressure vessel.
