摘要 化工安全工程人才的培养是现代社会不可缺少并亟待解决的重点建设工程。安全人才在化工行业安全发展进程中发挥着重要的基础性甚至决定性作用。培养专业的安全工程人才是保证化工生产安全的必要途径,人才培养目标是既要培养懂专业生产知识同时还懂得维护工程安全理论的复合型人才。对此培养这样的人才需要构建一种既重视基础又懂行业内相关知识同时又重视实践的教育模式体系。因此,在设置课程时不能随心所欲,需根据化工生产当中遇到的实际情况开设置课程,这样制定的专业课程才能经得起实践的检验。 The cultivation of chemical safety engineering talents is an indispensable and urgent key construction project in modern society. Safety talents play an important and basic and even decisive role in the process of safe development of chemical industry. Cultivating professional safety engineering talents is a necessary way to ensure the safety of chemical production. The goal of talents cultivation is to cultivate Inter-disciplinary talents who understand both professional production knowledge and the theory of maintaining engineering safety. In this regard, to cultivate such talents, it is necessary to construct an educational model system that attaches importance to both basic knowledge and to relevant knowledge in the industry as well as to practice. Therefore, when setting up courses, we can't follow our inclinations. We need to set up courses according to the actual situation encountered in chemical production, so that the professional courses formulated can withstand the test of practice.
