高校实习学生应掌握离心泵的相关知识

摘要 培养应用型人才是现在我国高校面临的一个十分重要课题,为了使学生们在学校学到的理论知识更好的应用在他们以后的实际工作中,使之学有所用,现在许多高校按照教育部的要求增加了学生到企业实习的次数和时间。四川能投高校工程实践基地是西南最大的高校实习基地,我作为化工专业的专职理论课教师和实习指导教师,在带四川大学、西南交通大学、成都理工大学等30余所高校的实习过程中,发现普遍存在一个问题,书本上学到的理论知识在面对生产实际不知道怎么用,找不到理论和实际的切入点,在本课题中我将从一个经典案例入手分析离心泵的气缚现象及处理,使他们在实习中学到更多生产实际知识和理论知识。 Cultivating applied talents is a very important task that colleges and universities in China are facing now. In order to make the theoretical knowledge learned by students in schools better apply to their later practical work and make them learn useful, many colleges and universities now increase the times and time for students to practice in enterprises according to the requirements of the Ministry of education. Sichuan Nengtou technical school engineering practice base is the largest college practice base in southwest China. As a full-time theoretical course teacher and practice guidance teacher of chemical engineering major, I found a common problem in the practice process of more than 30 colleges and universities, such as Sichuan University, Southwest Jiaotong University and Chengdu University. The problem is that students don't know how to use the theoretical knowledge learned from books and can't find the breakthrough point between the theory and practice. In this subject, I will analyze the phenomenon and treatment of the air binding in centrifugal pump from a classic case, so that students can learn more practical and theoretical knowledge in practice.
