工学结合下选矿技术专业人才培养模式分析

Analysis of Talent Cultivation Mode of Mineral Processing Technology Specialty under the Combination of Work-integrated Learning

纵观当前国内选矿技术专业人才的培养情况,发现存在很多的问题,比如培训内容不全面、没有融入时代的发展特征、忽视了实践应用能力的培养等。本文主要基于工学结合,分析选矿技术专业人才的培养模式。

Combining with the current situation of talent cultivation of domestic mineral processing technology specialty, we find that there are many problems, such as incomplete training content, lack of integration into the development characteristics of the times, and neglect of the cultivation of practical application ability. This article is mainly based on the combination of work-integrated learning, and analyzes the training mode of mineral processing technology specialty.
