摘要 我国是贫油富煤国家,煤炭是国家经济发展的基本能源,由于煤炭开采受外在条件制约,因此,基于AHP建立煤矿安全技术管理评估体系极为必要。以山西省为研究对象,通过现状分析、技术耦合和体系构建,得到AHP评价体系中,技术方案三(考虑煤矿安全技术管理)的权重最大,比较合理。本研究以期为煤炭安全技术管理科学决策提供依据。 China is poor in oil resource and rich in coal. Coal is the basic energy for national economic development. Because coal mining is subject to external conditions,it is extremely necessary to establish a coal mine safety technology management evaluation system based on AHP. Taking Shanxi Province as the research object,through the analysis of the status,technology coupling and system construction,the weight of the AHP evaluation system and the technical scheme 3( taking into account the management of coal mine safety technology) is the largest and reasonable. This study provides a basis for scientific decision-making in coal safety technology management.
