地方高校高年级学生团学活动的问题与对策

Problems and Countermeasures in the Activity of the Communist Youth League in Local Colleges and Universities

团学活动是地方高校校园文化建设的重要组成部分,是培养大学生综合素质的重要载体,对大学生成长成才起着重要作用。针对当前地方高校高年级学生团学活动参与度低的现状,分析了存在的问题,提出了相关的对策,以期调动高年级学生参与团学活动的积极性,助其成长成才。

The activities of the communist youth league(CYL)are important components of campus culture construction in local colleges and universities,and they are also taken as a crucial media in training college students’comprehensive qualities,which plays significant roles in the college students’growth.Aiming at current low participation condition of CYL activity in senior grades students of local colleges and universities,we analyzed the existing problems and proposed relevant countermeasures,which may help in promoting the enthusiasm of senior grades students to get involved in the CYL activities and therefore benefit their growth.
