提出柔性管理在课程质量保障中的应用。研究主张"以人为本"的管理理念,强调通过非强制性手段从内在激发管理对象的主动性和创造性,与应用型本科高校关注学生生存能力的获得和职业生涯的发展的教育观相契合,应用信息技术工具,将柔性管理应用到高校课程教改中,并与刚性管理相协调,有助于促进应用型本科高校进行人才培养模式改革。

This paper proposes the implement of flexible management in curriculum quality.The research advocates"people-oriented"management philosophy that is emphasizing the management object from the internal excitation through non-mandatory means of initiative and creativity which agrees with the application of application-oriented undergraduate colleges.This mode focuses on the development of human survival and the occupation career education,making use of information technology to apply flexible management to the curriculum reform of colleges and coordinate with rigid management,and helps to promote the training mode reform of application-oriented colleges.
