在深入实施创新驱动发展战略过程中,要进一步提高"双创"水平和能级,发挥好众创空间作为"双创"的重要载体的作用。地方政府必须改变传统思路,避免用行政的有形之手干预众创空间发展,而要找准政府定位,坚持市场导向,通过深入实施"放管服"改革,着力营造创业创新的浓厚氛围,更好地激发全社会的创新创业活力。

In the process of implementing the innovation-driven development strategy in depth,we should further improve the level of ＂double-innovation＂and give full play to the role of mass innovation space as an important carrier of＂double-innovation＂.The local government must change its traditional thinking and avoid using the tangible hand of the administration to intervene in the development of the mass innovation space.Instead,the local government must find its own orientation,adhere to market oriented,and make great efforts to create a strong atmosphere of entrepreneurial innovative through the in-depth implementation of the reform of＂release,management and service＂,to better stimulate the vitality of the innovation and Entrepreneurship of the whole society.
