摘要 加快推进国有企业实施股权激励要立足深化国有企业改革和上海发展大局,进一步解放思想,加大支持力度,激励导向要坚持增强活力与强化监管相结合,激励模式要兼顾行业特点和企业发展阶段,激励尺度要更符合市场规律和员工合理期待,充分发挥国有企业各类人才的积极性、主动性、创造性,强化国有企业创新发展、长期发展的源头动力。 To speed up the implementation of equity incentive in state-owned enterprises,we must further deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises and the overall development of Shanghai,further emancipate the mind and increase support.The incentive orientation should insist on the combination of enhancing vitality and strengthening supervision,the incentive mode should take into account the characteristics of the industry and the stage of enterprise development,the incentive scale should be more consistent with the market law and the reasonable expectation of the employees,the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of all kinds of talents of state-owned enterprises should be fully played,and strengthen the source motive force of innovation development and long-term development of state-owned enterprises.
