Research on the Strategy of Promoting the Development of Medical Tourism in Shanghai

上海必须对医疗旅游的发展进行详细规划。一是明确何时满足医疗旅游发展条件,何时确定选址,何时完善产品开发,何时正式运用。二是具体化、可操作化,确定由哪些部门参与,哪一部门主管,明确各自责任。三是目标明确,定位清晰。上海现在急需发展的是"入境"医疗旅游,要明确自身特点,面向特定人群发展医疗旅游。

Shanghai must make detailed plans for the development of medical tourism：first,the plan must make clear the time of meeting the development conditions of medical tourism,the time of determining the location,the time of improving product development,and the time of formally using;second,the planning must be concrete,operable,and make clear the participating departments and the departments which in charge,and clarify their respective responsibilities;third,the goal and the positioning is clear.Now,Shanghai is in urgent need of developing ＂entry＂medical tourism.We should define own characteristics and develop medical tourism for specific groups.
