摘要
针对当前直线感应电机计算大多以直线电机数学方程建立电机的数学模型,对电机的边端效应只是用矫正参数去代替并未反应电机的实际情形,造成计算不准确。由此提出用maxwell软件建立的直线感应电机有限元分析模块代替原先的以数学方程搭建的模块,然后利用simplore软件进行控制电路的搭建,在simplore的环境下将maxwell建立的电机模型嵌入到simplore中实行场路耦合联合仿真。通过联合仿真可以客观的反应电机的实际运行情况,而且对于电机的控制研究可提供实验平台,具有很高的实用价值。
For the current linear induction motor calculation, the mathematical model of the motor is mostly established by the mathematical equation of linear motor. The edge effect of the motor is only used to replace the actual situation of the motor which has not been reacted with the correction parameters, resulting in the inaccurate calculation. In this way, the finite element analysis module of linear induction motor established by Maxwell software is put forward to replace the original model of mathematical equation, and then the control circuit is built by using SIMPLORE software. On SIMPLORE, the motor model built by Maxwell is embedded into SIMPLORE to carry out cosimulation. Through co-simulation, the actual operation of the motor can be objectively reflected, and the experimental platform for the control of the motor can be provided. It is of high practical value.
