In order to improve the effective operation rate and equipment life, Tangshan Iron and steel company has built an on-line diagnosis system for equipment status. The system has the function of automation, realtime monitoring and self diagnosis of key equipment, and provides expert diagnosis. This system is an effective tool for the company to improve the operating rate and reduce the efficiency of the equipment.
